Fr. Richard Fragomeni, M.A., Ph.D., S.T.B., is a widely known homilist and public speaker who teaches at Catholic Theological Union in Chicago. A Roman Catholic priest, he completed his S.T.B in theology and M.A. in religious studies at the University of Louvain, Belgium.
