After more than 30 years as an educator, Hodges is delighting audiences internationally with her wit and humor through her acclaimed presentation series for administrators and staff. She served as an executive director of career and technology education, director of instructional services, director of human resources, principal, instructor, and counselor. She earned her doctorate from Michigan State University and has received 12 national and state leadership awards. Hodges resides in San Diego, California.
