OverviewIn corporate law, the right of inspection is understood as the power of the shareholders to examine the books and papers of the company, in order to find out about the administrative, financial, accounting and legal situation of the company, which is an issue of great importance for minority shareholders, given the high concentration of capital that Colombian companies face.
