Overview

In The Light Inside Me, a curious girl named Daphne feels sad one day and doesn't understand why. Seeking answers, she meets Mr. Owl, who teaches her about the ""light inside"" her, a glowing source of calmness, happiness, and kindness. Through a simple mindfulness practice of closing her eyes, breathing deeply, and imagining her light, Daphne learns how to feel better and share her light with others through kindness and love.
