Overview

WAR... the ultimate crime against humanity. Instituted by those we trust on the basis of the lies they tell us. The rise of Nazi Germany, for example, could never have occurred without the approval and support of Western powers. But all groups in society maintain their authority by lies and deceit. In this groundbreaking book, Dr David Corbett explores how leaders generate power, how they blatantly lie and deceive to maintain it and how they divert our money to useless enterprises to give the impression that they act in our interests.
