Jeanette Wachtman is a visual artist, an art educator andauthor. She is a retired elementary school art teacher.Her love of travel influenced her art and teaching career, inspiring her to use storytelling in teaching her students.She has received numerous teaching awards and is anaccomplished award-winning artist. Her favorite art is making pottery, jewelry and watercolor painting. Presently, she lives in the Georgia mountains and is teaching part time Art Education classes for KennesawState University, Kennesaw, GA.In addition to her teaching, she is also an aspiring children's author.
