Author Information

Jacob Otu Enyia's public service includes being the Chairman of Boki Local Government Council in, and a distinguished Member of House of Assembly of, Cross-River State, for eight years. Dr Enyia is also a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, and currently a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Law, University of Calabar where he has been teaching Company Law and Practice, Banking and Insurance Law, Law of contractual Obligations, Consumer Protection Law and Telecommunications Law at both undergraduate and post-graduate levels. He also teaches Arbitration Law, Land Law, Law of Tort & Contract at the CRUTECH, Calabar.
