The Last Passenger

Overview

After a storm shatters an ancient tree, Michael discovers a small, extraordinary creature hidden in its roots. It is not like any animal Michael has ever known. Quiet and watchful, he is a guardian of the natural world - present in water, wind, soil, and living things. As Michael learns the truth about his mysterious visitor, he begins to understand that some beings do not belong in one place, but everywhere at once. The Last Passenger is a gentle, beautifully illustrated story about stewardship, loss, and the unseen forces that keep the world in balance.
