OverviewSo, let's take stock. I rebuilt the district. Made enemies disappear. Gained allies. Put the Shadow Clan back on the map. By now, I should've earned a break. Naturally, that's when the real trouble starts. Some people preferred us powerless--silent, broken, easy to control. Now Marcus the Paladin is back in their way, and they're done playing fair. The next wave of enemies doesn't want war. They want erasure. But if they think I'm going quietly, they haven't been paying attention. Let's see who steps up next--and how far they're willing to fall. His childhood love for reading short detective stories eventually shifted to a fascination with fantasy, sci-fi, and adventure during his teenage years. While in university, reading took a backseat to other hobbies and studies, until the LitRPG genre captured his attention in 2014. Realizing, ""I could write something like this,"" he completed his first full draft and submitted it to a writing contest. Although the draft didn't progress further, Roman turned his focus to a career in sales. His search for purpose continued over six years, moving from one job to another, yet the desire to write never faded. The turning point came in 2021 when Roman stumbled upon another major LitRPG contest. Revisiting and fully rewriting his draft, he transformed it into a successful trilogy, gathering his first fans and finding his true calling. Since then, Roman has never set down his ""pen,"" crafting and publishing new captivating stories. Starting out as a singer/songwriter, Jonathan Sleep's first foray behind the microphone was with a guitar in his hand, kicking around the Atlanta local music scene. After graduating from Georgia State University with a film degree, he went to work developing and creating shows for a TV production company in Atlanta. When the opportunity came to narrate Robert Bevan's LitRPG/fantasy/comedy series Critical Failures, he jumped in with both feet and hasn't looked back since. The ever-growing collection of novels and short stories regularly tops Audible's bestsellers in the Dark Humor and Fantasy categories. While continuing to narrate audiobooks, Jonathan is broadening his VO horizons as he ventures into video games, animation, and commercial projects as well.
