Reviews

A deeply heartfelt, completely unforgettable book with characters that I fell in love with and a romance that held me captive. I laughed out loud, cried until I was a husk and finished it feeling refreshed, renewed, and looking at life a little bit differently. It's a summer I never wanted to end * Cressida McLaughlin * Sarra Manning is your favourite writer's favourite writer. The Last Days of Summer is her best book yet, combining captivating characters with the most beautiful story that will pull at your heartstrings from the very first page. By turns fun, sexy, bittersweet and utterly romantic, I fell head over heels for Cassie and Marc (cheekbones, accent and all) and their captivating, page-turning love story. Add this to your TBR ASAP * Lindsey Kelk * One of my favourite writers . . . It's about friendship, it's about life, it's about how people change . . . I loved it very much * Marian Keyes * This was the most delicious blast of heat to warm up the bleak midwinter. Expertly crafted, extremely loveable and a perfect balance of wit, heart and smut * Lauren Bravo * I am a big Sarra Manning fan. The Last Days of Summer is funny, filled with emotion and very, very sexy! Add it to your 2025 TBR pile immediately . . . * Beth O'Leary * A big, swoony, knockout of a book. It's a joyful slice of escapism that will also destroy you emotionally. I laughed, I cried, I felt all my feelings, and now I need to listen to the ten minute version of 'All Too Well' in a dark room. I'll read anything Sarra Manning writes, but this is her at the top of her game. * Laura Wood * Talk about big, sexy tearjerker, I literally couldn't put it down * Lucy Vine * This is Sarra at her best . . . I didn't want to finish it * Harriet Evans * Simply gorgeous - moving, sexy, bittersweet. Sarra Manning always delivers in spades * Louise O'Neill * This deals with big topics, but is peppered with Manning's charm and humour * Prima * Come for the raunch, stay for the gorgeously relatable characters and heart-warming moments * Good Housekeeping * This wonderful romcom is a deep, emotional read, with all the tropes we love: enemies-to-lovers, forced-proximity and fake-dating. There's something deeply satisfying and reassuring about situations we recognise in our novels yet can feel hopeful about . . . A careful uplifting look at facing heartbreak * Platinum * We love an enemies-to-lovers book and this is just brilliant. A tearjerker, but also super-spicy! * Heat *
