Author Information

Frederica Patmore, author of the tools and materials, all updated projects, and original stitch pattern chapters, has worked as a design consultant for Rowan Yarns, one of the biggest providers of luxury yarns in the world. She runs a number of classes in department stores and knitting stores, contributes to needlecraft publications, and is an accomplished knitting pattern designer. Vikki Haffenden, author of the techniques chapters, is a textiles expert with a special focus on digital knit design and practice. Following a career in industry design practice and wide-ranging consultancy work, Vikki now teaches on computer knit design and theories of practice at the University of Brighton.
