OverviewAn illustrated rhyming poem for children inspired by a day spent with my nephew. The battle he faced against the wind that took his kite and the stories I told to help ease his loss. A day we saw a Dakota and a wing-walker in the sky; a baby badger running across our path and views to the horizon where new adventures await. Adventures do not need far-off lands, it can happen on our own doorstep if we allow ourselves to wonder, be curious and play. I believe whole heartedly in the lessons and metaphors that nature can reveal to us; if we allow ourselves the time and space to see them.
