Overview

In James Bagwell, Rodger Kennedy, is a detective trying to find justice for the murder of a victim, a young boy, Eric Laughton, whose body was found lifeless with a red tie, with his throat slit by the river but the killer is unknown. Rodger almost gave up the case, the guilt of the death of an innocent man was now on him. Helen a young black activist and a detective, came to team up with him.
