In mid-February 2009, after a rather blizzard left several feet of snow and ice on every lawn, driveway, and roadway in several areas of Kentucky. After the storm settled, a 47-year-old cleaning lady by the name of Willa Blanc and her 28-year-old son, Louis Wilkinson, picked up their shovels and began clearing the driveway and sidewalk of a fancy but rather unremarkable house in Hebron, Kentucky.
