Author Information

ALBERT M. ROSENBLATT was appointed Associate Judge of the Court of Appeals in 1998. He has served as a New York district attorney, Supreme Court justice, and New York State's Chief Administrative Judge. A prolific author, he is President of The Historical Society of the Courts of the State of New York. Judith S. Kaye was the first women to serve as Chief Judge. She served as Chief Judge of the New York Court of Appeals from 1993 to 2008.
