Isabelle Palmer is the founder of The Balcony Gardener (www.thebalconygardener.com), an online company specialising in product ranges for small urban outdoor spaces – balconies, patios, containers and terraces. Isabelle grew up in Worcestershire, then studied at Chelsea College of Art and Design, before embarking on a degree in Economics and working in PR.
