John Bredesen has been roaming the halls of manufacturing companies for over 30 years as part of the IT department. Working through system administrator, developer, and business analyst jobs, he spent most of those years leading IT professionals. His other IT book, The I.T. Leader's First Days, is a great jumpstart for new IT leaders. John lives in Minnesota USA, where he enjoys his morning coffee, learning new technology, and playing music way too loudly.
