OverviewThis book is devoted to two primary objectives. The first is to present the errors, inadaptability, and mistakes arising when the current theory on concrete is applied to explaining practical construction of concrete; the second is to put forward viewpoints in modern concrete science. He received a number of awards for excellence in guiding the construction engineering of airport such as the National Construction Project Luban Prize (the highest construction prize in China) and Silver Award in Construction. He served as a member of China Concrete Quality Committee, a member of China Commercial Concrete Experts Committee, a member of China Concrete Durability Committee, a member of China Concrete Engineering and Technology Experts Committee, and a professor at East China Jiaotong University.
