Derek Meyler grew up in Dublin, Ireland and studied at O'Connell School. His first book 'Variations' was published in 1989 to literary acclaim. This was soon followed by two more works: Reflections, ' and 'Partitions'. Numerous audiences have enjoyed public readings from his works at various libraries and gatherings in Dublin and New York.
