After selling, Russo joined forces with long-time friend Chet Holmes and ran his company as President before merging with Tony Robbins to create Business Breakthroughs, International. There as CEO, he created two multimillion dollar divisions for BBI which contributed to the company's spectacular growth, all as virtual staff. With the endorsement and confidence of his partner, Tony Robbins, Russo helped create the first virtual training system for both Chet and Tony's ground breaking materials.
