JESSIKA FRUCHTER, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist and expressive arts therapist in the Bay Area. She holds a master's degree in counseling psychology and expressive arts therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies and has been working with youth for more than a decade.
