ALFRED SLAGER is Assistant Professor of Finance at the RSM Erasmus University, The Netherlands. He is also Project Manager at PGGM Investments, the Dutch healthcare pension fund. He has held several positions in private banking and asset management, and has taught courses for investment advisors on a wide range of subjects. He has published on banking and the strategic role of internationalization.
