As a 1995 graduate of Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio, she also has received certification on the Principles of Teaching at Mount Moriah Bible College and operate in all Five Fold Ministry Gifts. Her Apostolic Mantle and Grace are regarded by many as a multidimensional Prophetic Flow, accurately releasing an ""On Time"" and profound Word. Used of God as a prolific Bible teacher and Prayer Warrior, Seer Apostle Taylor-Warner is known internationally as a woman of integrity and for her powerful prayer, healing and deliverance anointing. A retiree and certified Corrections Counselor, Apostle Taylor-Warner was also awarded the State of Ohio's year 2000 NAACP President's Award. Her compassion for the underprivileged and keen sense outreach resulted in certifications in the areas of child abuse and neglect, foster parenting, abused and battered women and domestic violence. Apostle Taylor-Warner was released into her Apostleship under the leadership of Pastors Henry Bradley (New Community Temple Church of God in Christ) Mansfield, Ohio and Pastor Keith D Brooks (All Nations Life N Praise)subsequently founding Deliverance Crew Ministries on May 5, 2005 in which A Prophetic Word was release to her. Her Ministry planting and international leadership spans to the oversight of a myriad of churches and ministries.
