Author Information

Florence Madden is a trainer and coach and a native of Northern Ireland who has made Cumbria home. With such a lovely location, she is fortunate to spend a substantial part of her working life running open courses in the Lake District since starting her business Florence Madden Associates back in 2002. She also develop and deliver bespoke courses for clients who are based all over the UK.
