His popular podcast, The Insider's Edge to Real Estate Investing (formerly named Real Estate Investing-Live from New York), features interviews with legendary real estate investors who share their stories and tips for gaining the competitive advantage. Nelson serves on several boards, such as the Board of Governors for the Real Estate Board of New York, the Young Men's and Women's Real Estate Association of New York, Counselors of Real Estate, and SparkYouth NYC.
