Schneider School of Business & Economics at St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wis. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Limerick, Ireland, in 2012. Prior to academia, he worked with the comptroller and auditor general of Ireland, DePuy Orthopedics and Creganna Medical as a consultant. Dr. O'Brien's research focuses on the psychological effects of change on individuals and organizations. He also explores knowledge management in organizations. He has published in the Journal of Information and Knowledge Management, Knowledge Management: An International Journal, Vine: The Journal of Information and Knowledge Management Systems, The Electronic Journal of Knowledge Management and others.
