OverviewThe Public Prosecutor's Office, as an organ of the law, is governed by various principles; however, with regard to this study, the focus has been primarily on the principle of the unity of the Public Prosecutor's Office, which requires that it act as a single entity when performing acts within its respective mandate. Consequently, from this perspective, it is subject to constant changes during both criminal and civil hearings. This is where the major problem lies, as it renders the Public Prosecutor's Office ineffective, disorganized, and at the mercy of the opposing party, particularly during criminal hearings. Hence, we had to argue against this principle, advocating a solution to address this reality by requesting that a mandatory communication system be established among prosecutors within the same office regarding cases brought to their attention, so that the prosecutor presiding over a case can familiarize themselves with the file from the prosecutor who preceded them, and vice versa.
