Author Information

Anne White is Professor of Polish Studies and Social and Political Science at UCL. Professor Izabela Grabowska is a sociologist and economist at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw (SWPS), Director of the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School and member of the Centre of Migration Research. Professor Paweł Kaczmarczyk is an economist and demographer, and Director of the University of Warsaw Centre of Migration Research. Krystyna Slany is Professor of Sociology at Jagiellonian University Kraków, and specialises in family and gender research.
