Dr. Neil Sandow, is a health professional and a humorist. In 1997 Dr. Sandow launched www.RxLaughs.com, an ongoing online pharmacy cartoon that lampoons the industry, pharmacists, techs, interns, and pretty much anybody who's ever worked in or visited a drug store.
