From a teenage champion bike rider in the 1890s, to an adventurous young Klondyke gold miner in Northern Canada, from an ANZAC at Gallipoli to a World War I Intelligence Officer who witnessed and wrote the report of the shooting down of 'The Red Baron', the inimitable Donald Lovat Fraser of Rockhampton went on to become a notable character in the Queensland mining industry.
