Overview

A lonely, depressed investigative reporter discovers a plot to investigate a robotic ""heart."" He sets out to capture and deactivate this weapon of mass destruction with his CIA girlfriend, before it falls into the hands of a greedy general. Not only must he overcome the general, but his own personal demons - in the midst of trying to prevent nuclear war. As the chief commander of the China Air Force, General Wang Qing believes he controls the whole world. He secretly sells classified weapons to make money. When the general's robotic ""heart,"" which is an activation engine used to mobilize robotic humanoid soldiers, is stolen by a CIA agent - The Pawn, the general's plot to sell the robotic reactor to North Korea in a money-making scheme may be lost forever.
