SAGEL URLACHER, MEd, E-RYT, is a yoga teacher trainer specializing in Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, and meditation. A lifelong educator with more than twenty years of teaching and practice, she is the author of the books The Heart of Yoga Nidra, The Book of Yoga Nidra Meditation Scripts, and Yin Yoga & Meditation. Her teaching blends the wisdom and tools of Yogic, Buddhist, and Taoist traditions into an accessible and empowering practice rooted in compassion, mindfulness, and wholeness. She has shared these practices with students around the world, including at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. She has trained with Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, whose teachings have been a guiding light since her earliest days of practice.
