Jayshree Seth, Ph.D., a corporate innovator and first-ever chief science advocate, is a prolific inventor, author, speaker and thought leader. With over three decades of ""in the trenches"" experience developing innovative products and technologies in a large corporation, she holds 80 patents and provides a unique and practical perspective on the topics of innovation, leadership, culture, and careers. Jayshree has been instrumental in proposing actionable frameworks and mental models, and teaches, coaches, and mentors corporate innovators, managers, and leaders. As a science advocate, she studies the public perception of science and its impact on society, and advocates for diversity in STEM fields to drive innovation. Her research includes work on understanding how to retain women and underrepresented students in STEM to create a robust pipeline of diverse talent to shape our collective future.
