Dr. Dan Swan (D.Engr.) holds a doctoral degree in Construction Engineering and Management as well as Master Degrees in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering. Having studied at several well-known institutions such as the Virginia Military Institute, University of California at Berkeley, University of Southern California, Asian Institute of Technology, and the Royal College of Defence Studies in the United Kingdom, he has built successful careers as both a licensed engineer specializing in computer programming as well as a military officer. In 1994, after the critical event that changed his life, he began to explore hands-on healing and meditation until he became a Universal Life Force Master/Teacher, Reiki Master/Teacher, and Seichim-Sekhem Master. Through long hours of diligent meditation practice and exploration, he has discovered a scientific way to develop the halo, Third Eye, and to awaken Kundalini energy, which leads to the development of a Light body. After serving twenty years in the military, he was promoted to major general in 2001. In 2004, he chose to retire from the Army for family reasons and made a career change to an Executive Vice President for a medium-sized bank for two and a half years. He decided to share his true-life experience with the public for the first time in this book in 2012, in which he also offers his thoughts on several subjects from his experiences and answers the question of why you have to take your own spiritual journey. He has practiced meditation for 18 years and continues to explore various subjects in spirituality to gain a deeper understanding. He currently lives with his wife in California, and since 2007 has worked in the research institutes of UCLA (University of California at Los Angeles) and UCI (University of California at Irvine) on a dementia research study. He has one son and one daughter.
