OverviewAt the end of a successful career, I realised that I was damaging my body and soul. Burnout and a cancer diagnosis made me turn life on a dime. On a blue Monday, I quit my job, refused medical treatment, sold or gave away most of my belongings and bought a sailboat on which I decided to live. The story I share is about a medical wonder of healing and that of a new life full of adventures and dangers inherent to life at sea. A minimalistic life close to nature not only healed my cancer but also inspired me to become an activist for a better world. I hope this book can inspire others seeking relief from the rat race and materialistic-oriented society. We should not let fear of the unknown stop us from living a life that can benefit us.
