Frank Clayton is a licensed mental health therapist, educator, and the creator of Positives. For more than 16 years, he has taught Happiness 101, a community-based course grounded in the science of positive psychology, helping hundreds of people directly-and thousands indirectly-learn practical skills for greater happiness and resilience.Frank's work is inspired by the research of Dr. Martin Seligman and the growing field of positive psychology, which focuses on what helps people thrive. Through his writing, Frank aims to make these evidence-based tools accessible, engaging, and meaningful for children, families, and educators.Positives is Frank's first children's book and the beginning of a series designed to help kids-and the adults who care for them-build optimism, gratitude, and emotional strength during challenging times.Frank lives and works in Utah and is known as The Happiest Therapist. Cat Charm is a New Zealand-based illustrator and creative who is passionate about all things art, design, music, and dance. When she's not bringing characters to life on her iPad, she can often be found at the local playground, keeping up with her energetic six-year-old daughter.Cat spent more than ten years working as a graphic designer before discovering her love for digital illustration. She is known for her bold, vibrant use of color and her ability to create warm, engaging worlds that spark imagination and joy.When she's not illustrating, Cat enjoys chocolate, cheesy rom-coms, and cozy rainy days.
