Overview

Jim Colton has had enough of the Eastern USA, with its big cities, big buildings, and bigger problems. He longs for the quiet, untouched beauty of the West where a man like him can make it with nothing but the land and his pride. So when his old friend, Alexander Price, offers him a ticket on a train bound for California, he takes it. Hired as a guide and a guard, Colton leads a team of archaeologists to a local wonder- a large sinkhole made of crimson red rock -- The Crimson Hollow. There the archaeologists begin their exploration, and people start dying. Problem is, the dead don't stay dead. Plagued by terrifying dreams that seem all too real of people dying in ritualistic murders, Colton doesn't know who he can trust. Except, of course, for himself and his gun.
