Pastor Evelyn Gipson is a ministry co-worker at Life Church Assembly of God in Roscoe, Illinois under the apostolic covering of the Assemblies of God Presbyter and Lead Pastor Kevin Kringel. She is co-pastor of the Abundant Living Discipleship Classes at Life Church and has worked alongside Pastor Beverly Tucker for ten years. Their longtime friendship has brought the development of a strong love for the Lord, a love for people, and a passion to see the body of Christ come into agreement with healing for the body, the mind, and the soul. Evelyn is known for her strong gift of faith. Those working with her have witnessed her hard work and dedication first hand as she continues to develop in the ways of God and deepens her relationship with the Lord. God has blessed her with a healing anointing that He uses to touch people in pain. She has been diligent throughout her ministry career to study the life of Jesus, His ministry, His teachings, and all that the blood of Jesus does for the body of Christ. Evelyn's tremendous love for people has launched her into this evangelistic call on her life. Evangelism remains a huge part of her ministry and is the main focus for the establishment of the healing ministry to which God has called her. She always has a testimony and not many get by her without hearing something about what God has done or is doing. If you see her out and about, you can be sure she will be bragging on God and marking people for His kingdom. Evelyn and Roy, her husband of forty-nine years, make their home in Machesney Park, Illinois. They have five children and ten grandchildren.
