In 1992, she founded The Law Office of Lenné Espenschied and currently serves as a sole practitioner, focusing on legal representation for all stages of a corporation's life cycle. Additionally, she began Legalease Seminars in 2005, which delivers instructional public and private seminars on legal drafting to firms and corporate law departments. Previously, she served as an associate attorney at Sutherland, Asbill and Brennan and as senior staff counsel at NationsBank. Espenschied earned her bachelor's degree magna cum laude in accounting from the University of Georgia in 1980.
