3:24 And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. 3:24 En indien een koninkrijk tegen zichzelf verdeeld is, zo kan dat koninkrijk niet bestaan. 3:25 And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand. 3:25 En indien een huis tegen zichzelf verdeeld is, kan dat huis niet bestaan. 3:26 And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end. 3:26 En indien de satan tegen zichzelf opstaat en verdeeld is, kan hij niet bestaan, maar heeft een einde. 3:27 No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house. 3:27 Niemand kan het huis van een sterke man binnengaan en zijn huisraad roven, tenzij hij eerst de sterke man bindt; en dan zal hij zijn huis plunderen. 3:28 Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme: 3:28 Voorwaar, Ik zeg u: Alle zonden zullen de mensenkinderen vergeven worden, ook de godslasteringen, waarmede zij gelasterd zullen hebben. 3:29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation. 3:29 Maar wie tegen de Heilige Geest lastert, krijgt geen vergeving in eeuwigheid, maar is schuldig aan eeuwige verdoemenis.
