OverviewThe death of a parent turns a child's world upside down. The Good-bye List is a story meant to help children who have experienced such a terrible loss. The main character, Jill goes through many of the universal emotions of grieving, but is fortunate to have an adult who understands and cares. Her teacher, who had a similar loss, as a child shares what she learned from her own experience. This candidly shared wisdom helps Jill eventually find a path to healing her broken heart. The Good-Bye List is a sad story that will offer hope to both children and their surviving parent that life can be good, again.
