McKeller is director of the supply chain management programs in the executive education unit of the Wisconsin School of Business, as well as a senior lecturer in the school's Grainger Center for Supply Chain Management. His many years of experience in the supply chain management field included positions with Ralston Purina Company, General Dynamics-Convair, and Eli Lilly and Company. McKeller is the author of Supply Chain Management Demystified. Mohamed Ezzat is a retired manufacturing and quality engineer. He had a long career both in and out of academia, teaching at Weber State University in the Manufacturing and Engineering Technology Department, and working at the Las Vegas Sands Corp., Ford Motor Company, Navistar International, and John Deere, among others. Ingo Gestring, Ph.D., has experience in both academics and private industry, both in the US and Germany.
