Jayshree Sengupta is a senior fellow at the Observer Research Foundation in Delhi, India. She is a former lecturer at Delhi University's Miranda House and Indraprastha College as well as a former program coordinator at the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations and a former consultant for the World Bank. She is the coeditor of The 1992 Single European Market and the Third World .
