Richard Daniel Curtis is an internationally recognised behaviour expert and multi-award winning business owner. His company The Mentoring School trains mentors around the world and his work with parents about children's behaviour has earned him the title The Kid Calmer. Richard has learned to deal with his introversion by being the gregarious host of social gatherings and events, often being mistaken for an extrovert. Nowadays he describes himself as more of an ambivert, using his introvert gifts to guide his social activities. Mary Jane Boholst was born and raised in south west London. She worked in IT before RSI made her rethink her career options and start her own business. As a formerly shy introvert she knows the challenges introverts face in today's extrovert world and is excited to share her strategies with you! She lives in London and enjoys challenging herself out of her comfort zone and hibernating when necessary!
