Amy Insley has always been inspired by the power of creativity. From a young age, she found joy in books and art-an early passion that grew into a lifelong commitment to storytelling, education, and expression. With a degree in Elementary Education, she spent many years in the classroom, encouraging children to embrace curiosity, imagination, and the power of learning. After transitioning out of the classroom, Amy has continued to pursue creative projects, one of which being the publication of her debut children's book, The Gift of Dance. As she proceeds on her creative journey, she's been exploring new ways to connect with others through works that reflect her love of story, art, and community. A proud Maryland native, Amy lives on the scenic Eastern Shore with her husband, where they raised their two children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, crafting, exploring the arts, and spending time with family.
