Chief Inspector Albert Stagnetto, 52-years-old, twenty-two years with Gibraltar Constabulary. Born to a Maltese father and Spanish mother. Prior to the police, served ten years in the British Army. Married to Carmen Lopez, now a naturalised Gibraltarian, her parents Spanish, both from old San Roque families just across the frontier north of La Linea.
