Although this book was reasonably written for men, I got value out of the book personally. I am a woman and I honestly see the heart of Dr. Cedric in this book and I trust that anyone battling sexual abuse, homosexual thoughts, or even cross dressing can pick up this book and get hope. Not everyone who lives these lifestyles desire to continue in them and for those that wont to make a change, this book is vital.
