Reviews

Drawing together theory and empirical research on gender, international development and feminist political economy, this book shines an often devastating - and sometimes hopeful - light on the impact of COVID-19 on women and girls in Latin America and sub-Saharan Africa. Elizabeth Mills, University of Sussex An insightful and policy-relevant contribution. A must-read and must-act-upon if the goal is to redress inequalities and promote women's rights in the recovery from the pandemic in the Global South and beyond. Pia Riggirozzi, University of Southampton
