Developments in international politics since the end of the Cold War point to a new international order in the twenty-first century. At its heart is international law. Marc Weller is an Assistant Director Studies in the Centre of International Studies of the University of Cambridge and a member of the Faculty of Law. He is also a Fellow of the Lauterpacht Research Centre for International Law and of Hughes Hall. In addition, he directs the European Centre for Minority Issues.
