Its much worse then that, where elderly with no support give up their homes, these ruthless private care home owners take over their homes at a discounted price to give their 20 year old children homes in posh areas like Hampton, London UK . Setting a bad example to their own children on how to profit from others hardship. Its an abuse of the system that can't be ignored, its not sustainable in the future with a growing ageing population.
